Meteor

The meteor is a special item featured in "Mighty Pups", as well as its sub series "Super Paws" and "Charged Up" and "PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie".

About Series

The meteor first made its debut in "Mighty Pups", which was a part of a meteor shower. Then one strayed on a path that gave the Lookout sufficient power and crashed on the beach due to Mayor Humdinger's rocket. The PAW Patrol (except Ryder) and Harold Humdinger gain superpowers. Then Mayor Goodway orders the PAW Patrol to put the meteor on display in City Hall, which became a target for Humdingers to steal and gain more power for themselves. The Lookout floats to the sky, thanks to the meteor and the PAW Patrol gains their powers. Later, Harold managed to steal the meteor again, as well as using that as a battery for his giant robot. After the battle, Ryder suggests keeping the meteor in the underground storage for safekeeping. The meteor gives the Lookout a more technological upgrade, as well as giving other pups powers. The meteor was then transferred from the basement to the badge on the Lookout for the PAW Patrol to use their powers, while the villains gain their powers by stealing fragments, and when falling in the wrong hands, it could cause consequences (giant pearls, giant animals). The meteor is also kept visible to see where are they generating (pup tags, golden tooth, foot bracelet, small golden statue). When anyone or anything uses the meteor, it generates a glowing light.

About Movie

Due to Victoria Vance's invention to gain more power and infamy for herself, she redirected a meteor to Adventure City. Rather than to herself, she directed the meteor to the town, forcing the PAW Patrol to evacuate all civilians, and the crash site caused by the Meteor faced severe damages, such as the destruction of the Adventure City HQ. The meteor crash was reported in the media. Then for safekeeping, the PAW Patrol takes the meteor to their Aircraft Carrier, and Ryder running tests. Later that night, Skye wakes up and manages to touch and open the meteor, revealing crystals that provide the PAW Patrol power. By Season 10, in account of those events, the PAW Patrol gain their powers through crystals. But same as their abilities, their powers glow their paws to generate their abilities.

Abilities

The meteor has the power to give someone powers depending on their personality as stated by Chase, and when they charge up, they get improved powers:
