Rufus is a NPC in Cierzo, city in Chersonese.
Description
Rufus is one of the only members of the Holy Mission found in Cierzo. He introduces player to lore surrounding Elatt and provides basic survival hints, as well as being somewhat of a mentor to Oliele and influencing her to join the Holy Mission in Monsoon.
