Baleth was a representative from an unnamed multiphasic planet who accompanied Isaac and Fadolin to the USS Orville.
History
When the Orville awaited the return of Isaac from a 700-year stay on the multiphasic planet, Baleth, Isaac, and Fadolin teleported directly onto the bridge of the Orville.
Baleth and Fadolin's world had advanced technologically past the Planetary Union's. They informed the Orville that their planet had long abandoned belief in the deity Kelly in pursuit of scientific knowledge and reason. She concluded their meeting by saying that their planet would soon achieve even greater levels of technological sophistication placing them well beyond the Union and encouraged the Union to continue their pursuit of reason and rational inquiry.
