Trevor was the young boy Helena meets in "Effects of External Conditions". Helena entered their house to stitch up her stab wound, and Trevor got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. He then sees her, and Helena brings him inside and seems to have a talk with him.
The next morning, Trevor's mother is in tears for having slept through the whole thing. Trevor is seen silently sitting on their chair and refers to Helena as an "angry angel". When asked to describe Helena, he merely points at Sarah. Alone with her, Sarah tries to comfort him, but Trevor tells her that Helena was expecting her to come and left a paper fortune teller for her. He asks Sarah to pick a color and opens the fortune teller, and Sarah asks to take it from him. Before the cops leave, Trevor is seen being hugged tightly by his mother.
