Wishies can be spent here on blueprints, recipes, rare items and upgrades for the player, alongside upgrades for the town. You can access the Wishy Well by opening up the Grumboire and clicking on the fountain icon located by the Player portrait under the "STUFF!" tab.

*Alternatively, there is a fountain in front of Town Hall that the player can interact with which also opens the Wishy Well.
