Official synopsis
The government, claiming that unnecessary emotions are the cause of stress and unhappiness, conducts a nationwide experiment with a drug called NF-500 (NoFeeling), aiming to eliminate emotions from everyone.
As citizens increasingly seek comfort and consume the pills, the city gradually transforms into a place where emotions fade away.
Seojin and Kim Yoon, unable to forget their unhappy pasts, undergo changes, while Namwoo, living in an era of loss, strives to change the world by preserving his emotions and writing his own story..[1]
불필요한 감정은 스트레스와 불행의 원인이 된다며
정부에서는 NF-500(노필링)이라는 약을 통해서
전 국민 모두 감정이 사라지는 걸 목표로 100% 동기화 실험을 진행한다.
대부분 사람은 편안함을 추구하며 알약을 섭취하는 시민들이 많아져
점차 감정이 사라지는 도시로 변해져만 간다.
서진과 김윤 또한 자신의 불행한 과거를 잊지 못해 점점 변해만 가고,
상실의 시대를 살고 있는 남우는 자신의 감정을 지키며
본인의 글을 통해 세상을 바꾸려고 노력하는데..[2]
