Fuzzy

This article contains webcomic spoilers! You have been WARNED, manga-only readers!

Fuzzy (ファジー, Fajī) is the founder and true leader of the Neo Heroes as well as the grandson of Shibabawa.

Appearance

Fuzzy is a well-dressed man with a suit and tie, hair tied into two braids framing the sides of his face with several tufts grown out in the back. His eyes have vertical slit pupils. He has spiky eyebrows, several facial tattoos, and multiple ear piercings.

Personality

Fuzzy presents himself with a calm and humble demeanor, apologizing to Metal Bat for the rudeness of his bodyguards and showing no visible reaction when Blue labels his actions as "pathetic." Despite this outward composure, Fuzzy is an intensely analytical and pragmatic individual, maintaining a close surveillance on Metal Bat while exploiting McCoy's intel to manipulate former S-Class Heroes. This reveals his true nature as both manipulative and a control-freak.

His controlling tendencies extend to the point where, after Infelsinave and Zaedats underwent cyberization, their resources and financial power were redirected to benefit the Neo Heroes. Fuzzy subtly influences others to undergo cyberization as well, seemingly to exert control over them just as he did with Infelsinave and Zaedats. During a crisis where countless machines attack, he shows no intention of aiding the Hero Association, completely disregarding their desperate pleas for assistance and rejecting any form of collaboration.

Fuzzy's ideology is extremely exclusionary, prompting McCoy to question whether he is truly the grandson of Shibabawa, who once assisted the Hero Association without any expectation of compensation.[1] He is described as someone who discards anyone or anything that does not directly serve the interests of the Neo Heroes. Later, he reveals his true colors as someone indifferent to humanity, willing to use mind control on almost everyone to dominate the new world. This demonstrates his cold and power-hungry nature.

History

Before the events of the Neo Heroes Saga, Fuzzy established the Neo Heroes, leveraging Blue and McCoy to recruit several prominent members into the organization. Unbeknownst to most, he employs the Neo Heroes as a facade to orchestrate large-scale attacks aimed at dismantling society. He entices members to utilize battle suits while coercing others into becoming mindless cyborgs, all with the ultimate goal of ruling and enslaving mankind.

Neo Heroes Uprising Arc

Fuzzy makes his first appearance during the confrontation involving Blue, Metal Bat, Elimin, and Destro. He expresses his apologies to Metal Bat for the misunderstanding, explaining that Elimin and Destro prematurely initiated the process of transforming him into a cyborg, as none of the necessary conditions had been fulfilled. However, he informs Metal Bat that he is currently under surveillance due to suspicions of him being a potential spy for the Hero Association. Fuzzy instructs him to stay within the Neo Heroes headquarters and reassures him that his family will be kept safe.

Later on, Fuzzy praises McCoy for the usefulness of his intel, stating that he intends on making the former Hero Association executive his right-hand man.

Abilities and Powers

Fuzzy demonstrates remarkable leadership abilities, effectively overseeing an organization composed of heroes. His combat prowess is unknown.

Supernatural Abilities

Clairvoyance: Fuzzy has purportedly inherited the clairvoyant abilities of his grandmother, Shibabawa, although the full extent of his abilities is unknown. He utilizes this ability to ensure that the Neo Heroes are the first to respond to disasters, often arriving before the Hero Association. When McCoy questions why Fuzzy failed to foresee the robot crisis, he claims that he simply did not see it coming. It is revealed that he is behind the robot rampage all along.

Cyborg Physiology

Fuzzy is revealed as a cyborg, with most, if not all, of his body modified, with McCoy questioning whether he is even human.

Enhanced Speed: As a cyborg, Fuzzy possesses enhanced speed, executing numerous spinning kicks while being threatened by Ryumon.

Inhuman Dexterity Fuzzy can perform spinning kicks by rotating one leg in a circular motion while the rest of his body spins, with the other leg remaining stationary. This demonstrates his ability to move his limbs in ways that are impossible for normal humans, providing him with enhanced flexibility.

Metal Spikes: Upon revealing his cyborg nature, Fuzzy has numerous spikes protruding from his shoulders and arms, which can be used as weapons.
