Kei is a newkama and former Impel Down prisoner who lived in Level 5.5 and escaped with the Prison Escape Team. He only appeared in Super Kabuki II: One Piece.

Appearance

Kei has a slender build and spiky pink and white hair. He wears thick white makeup on his face, black eyeliner, pink eyeshadow, and red lipstick. He also wears a yellow and gold bodysuit with a netted chest cutout.

Personality

Abilities and Powers

Not much is known about Kei's abilities, but he is dangerous enough to be imprisoned in the great prison.

Impel Down Arc

Kei performed alongside Ivankov and Inazuma. He assisted Luffy in his escape from Impel Down.
