Flora is the daughter of firework master Volg. She originates from One Piece Premier Show 2014.[1]
Appearance
Flora is a slim girl with short black hair. She wears a green headband, a tan sleeveless top, a brown flowy skirt, yellow shorts underneath, an orange wrap around her waist, yellow wraps around her wrist, and brown open-toe sandals.[1]
Personality
Flora enjoys designing and making fireworks with her father.[1]
Abilities and Powers
As a member of a long line of firework makers, Flora has learned the skills of her ancestors from her father. She designed the "Super Special Seven Color Fireworks Rangoon" (超特製七色花火乱れ咲き, Chō Tokusei Nanairo Hanabi Midare Saki?) for the island's annual festival.[1]

Past
Flora comes from a family of firework makers who pass down their abilities with each generation. One day, Flora and her father were working on a special firework that she designed for the island's annual festival when Madatascar Island was invaded by the DX Marines, who banned all fireworks and demanded absolute obedience from all citizens.[1]
One Piece Premier Show 2014
After the Straw Hat Pirates came to Madatascar Island and gets blown away by Crocodile's sandstorm, Luffy met Flora and Volg, who explained to him why there are no more fireworks on the island.
When the crew fought the DX Marines, Monkey D. Luffy protected Flora. Her father was captured by Bildy, but after Luffy defeated Smash, Flora, her father, and the rest of the island's residents were able to hold their firework celebration.[1]
