Cassandra is a non-canon member of the Kuja and the tribe's midwife.[1]

As a midwife, it can be assumed that Cassandra has at least a small amount of medical knowledge. She also has training for delivering babies.

When Dahlia returned to Amazon Lily pregnant and nearly giving birth, Cassandra was rushed over to help, successfully delivering Dahlia's daughter.
