COUGH MASK is a charm in OMORI. When equipped, all of the user's stats drastically increases. The user's HP and MP will both increase by twenty-five points. In addition, the user's ATK, DEF, SPD, and LCK will all increase by ten points.

OBTAINING

The COUGH MASK can be retrieved from one of ABBI's tentacles within PYREFLY FOREST, which can only be done after sparing her in THE ABYSS. The tentacle is located in same area where WEEPING WILLOW resides, as well as the JOKE BOOK item. It is only obtainable on the last day of the OMORI ROUTE.

Note that if ABBI has been killed post-battle, this will render the COUGH MASK unobtainable.

TRIVIA

• The COUGH MASK's presence in the game may be a reference to some of OMOCAT's older depictions of SUNNY, where he was dubbed SICKBOY and wore a floral cough mask.
