KSA, which presumably stands for Korean Security Agency, exists to handle matters which are not quite normal or are considered to be special circumstances, such as matters related to special beings: modified humans or Nobles. Within South Korea, KSA can manipulate any data to ensure the public remains in the dark regarding sensitive issues and can intervene anywhere in the name of national security. The data regarding its primary operations are off-limits but the organization itself is somewhat known. KSA takes care of things associated with the Union.
Although the KSA has to listen to the Union, due to the Union's tyranny and authoritarianism their relationship is very poor.
Programs
Different programs run by the KSA include a:
- Scholarship Program - This funds young people with special talents and later involves them in the KSA under the guise of social work, marking them for future recruitment.
- Human Modification Program - Conducted secretly with even the Union being unaware of it. Na Yonsu and An Sangeen are part of this research, with Sangeen's actions giving away the secret to Cerberus. The deaths of the Cerberus members saved them from being exposed.
