Scarlen is a High Entia of impure blood in Xenoblade Chronicles. He can be found near the Main Entrance in Alcamoth between 18:00 - 06:00. After the events at Mechonis Core, he can be found at anytime at the Oath Sanctuary in Satorl Marsh. Once the line of quests starting with "The Imperial Ceremony" has been accepted, he can be found between 18:00 - 06:00 at the Sororal Statues. He has feelings for both Ricoth and Rozeal, by completing his questline, thhe party can help him choosing to which he wants to confess his love.
