Scarfy is an enemy that appears in the Kirby series. They normally resemble orange, spherical creatures with big smiles and cat-like ears. They float through the skies of Dream Land, looking completely harmless, and are for the most part passive and easily avoidable. However, should the player bump into one or try to attack it, it will become angry and change into a cycloptic, fanged monster that pursues Kirby around the stage. Unless the player plans on taking it out quickly it's best to let sleeping Scarfies lie.
