Reliance is Sharla's fourth skill tree in Xenoblade Chronicles. It can be unlocked by completing the quest named "Avenge a Mamapon's Death", which itself require at least a 4☆ affinity with Frontier Village.
Bonus
With each skill unlocked, Sharla's Ether defense will be increased which allows her to resist Ether based attacks better.
