Pon & Con are a duo of recurring bosses in the Kirby series and are always fought as a tag-team. Pon is often refered as a raccoon and is believed to be based on a Tanuki. Con is a yellow furred fox. Both are based on creatures often seen in Japanese folklore. While not usually cruel to Kirby, they had been trained by more maleviolent forces and made to attack Kirby in the games they appear.

Kirby's Dream Land 3
They make their first appearance in Kirby's Dream Land 3, where they serves as bosses of Sand Canyon.
Kirby: Triple Deluxe
Pon & Con make a cameo appearance in Kirby: Triple Deluxe as one of the keychain collectibles Kirby can obtain.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse
They makes a cameo appearance on page 19 of Elline's secret diary.
Kirby Star Allies
They make their second appearance as bosses of the Gatehouse Road where they are possessed by a Jamba Heart and act as the guardians of the Jambastion. A similar duo named Goldon & Silvox are fought later in the game.
