Neon Heights is a board in Mario Party 7. This board explores the hustle and bustle of modern city life! There are three chests on the board, but only one of them contains a Star. You must pay 10 Coins to open a chest and find out what's inside! If you find a Star, the chests will be refilled and shuffled around.

Party Cruise Rules - Collect the most Stars to win.
Solo Cruise Rules - The first player to find three Stars wins.
