Nabooru is a town in Hyrule in Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. Like in other towns in the game, there are citizens that gives advice and heals Link. In Nabooru, the player can find a wizard that teaches Link the "Fire" spell.
Nabooru, the Sage of Spirit in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, was named after this town, though in-universe, the town was more likely named after her.
