The Makna Eks is an enemy in Xenoblade Chronicles that are members of the Eks family. They can be found at level 33 near the Eks Watering Hole in Makna Forest. Defeating three of them is required to complete the Makna Forest version of the "Monster Quest 4. They can drop the Eks Iron Hearts, which are needed for the Colony 6 reconstruction and the "The Melody of Happiness" quest.
