Impatience is Reyn's fourth skill tree in Xenoblade Chronicles. It can be unlocked by completing the quest named "Cook-Off Showdown!".
Bonus
With each skill unlocked, the counter-attack rate of Reyn will be increased which allow him to counter attack more often.
