Frankie wears a dark brown vest over a white sleeveless shirt, with a teal tie. He also wears brown trousers, teal shoes, and has blue hair, black eyes, and a big, red nose.
Biography
On one hand, Frankie is a rowdy troublemaker who roughs up tourists for their money. One the other, he is a romantic who holds the purest love for Angela. He always ends up involved in Conner's cunning schemes, wholly oblivious to the fact he's being used.
