Dedeba is a Nopon in Xenoblade Chronicles. He can be found in the Pollen Orb Storehouse in Frontier Village from 18:00 to 06:00. Once the quest named "Adviser Hunt" has been accepted, he cannot be found any more in Frontier Village. During "Destroying the City Trade", Dedeba is revealed to be the owner of the Secret Club in Alcamoth. Once this quest has been completed, Dedeba will definitively disappear so it will be impossible to meet him again in the same playthrough. During "Bana the betrayer" it is revealed that he was nothing more than a puppet of Bana who is the kingpin of the secret organization. Beside his work for Bana, Dedeba is Chief Dunga's advisor.
