Nomis, also known as Hot Dog Man,^[1] is a citizen of Ninjago City that runs Hot Noodle Dog, a hotdog stand.

History

The LEGO Ninjago Movie

Nomis was revealed to share a birthday with Lloyd Garmadon and the Panda Suit Guy, and he was also revealed to be a citizen of Ninjago City. He later gasped when Garmadon and his Shark Army emerged from the ocean to attack the city.

Nomis's appearance is similar to the Hot Dog Man from Minifigures Series 13.
He shares the same birthday as Panda Suit Guy and Lloyd Garmadon.
In The LEGO Ninjago Movie Videogame, he has accessories very similar to Condiment King's ketchup and mustard guns in The LEGO Batman Movie.
