Personality

Ika appears to be a selfish, sneaky, comedian and cowardly. he wishes nothing more but to destroy the village as he only cares about himself. Later he manipulated Hank to join him for a private party on the Lilly's Club. He also demands some progress whenever his goons must follow orders. He's shown to be abusive towards Ohga, which he proceeds an incompetent dimwit who can't use his brawn or understanding his boss evilness.

Appearance

Ika is a anthropomorphic Somali cat with orange and cream fur, long ears, a pink nose, bushy black eyebrows and whiskers. He has green eyes with a yellow sclera and wears a pinkish-purple kimono with a long black skirt that covers his legs.

  • When the emperor mistakes his name, he was called Pika chu, which is similar to the name of the Pokémon character name Pikachu.
  • He is based on Hedley Lamarr, the main antagonist of Blazing Saddles.
  • Ika Chu acts as a foil to Hank and Jimbo.
  • Hank: Both are animals, but in different species of cat and dog. Both are selfish and can be a bit incompetent sometimes. With Hank wanted to become a samurai, but end up being careless, thinking he defeated Sumo when Jimbo actually did that. And Ika Chu being an evil, greedy, uncaring and cruel warlord as he’s willing to destroy Kakamucho to accomplish his goal to impress the Shogun with his perfect palace. However, Hank can be kind and caring as he teaches Sumo about friendship and compassion. While Ika Chu doesn't and he continue his dark ego get the better of him.
  • Jimbo: Both are cats and they don't seem to care for them less as friends and more of an assets if they feel like they could just use them for their advantages. With Jimbo doesn't consider Hank as friend and more like a student, and Ika Chu see his goons as pawns. However, while Jimbo does eventually accept Hank as a friend, Ika Chu cares about no one but himself. He serves as an example of what both Hank and Jimbo would've become if Hank let his selfish path get the better of him and Jimbo only sees the latter as asset
