Tali David-DiNozzo is a young girl who is the daughter of former NCIS Special Agents Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David, niece of Ari Haswari and Tali David, as well as the granddaughter of Eli David, Rivka David, and Anthony DiNozzo Senior.
Biography
Pre-Series
Based on her father's comment in Family First where he says he and Ziva had an 'obviously fond farewell' when Ziva chose to remain in Israel in Past, Present, and Future, it would mean she was conceived in October 2013, as the month is shown on screen, right before we see that Tony did find Ziva, and he returned to the U.S within a few days. This would place her birth around June - August 2014, and therefore mean she was 21-23 months old when her mother's death was faked and her father found out about her in May 2016.
Tali briefly lived in Washington, D.C. with her father before they moved to Paris, France.

Tali was seen in flashbacks from when her maternal grandfather's estate was bombed and her mother gave her to her friend Adam Eshel so he could bring her to Orli Elbaz. Elbaz then took her to the U.S. so her father could take custody.
She was also seen in pictures and videos Tony sent to Ziva, including a video where Tali can be heard telling her mother to come home.
