Erica Daley is the ex-wife of Larry Daley and mother of Nicholas Daley. She's currently married to a man named Don and lives in New York. She is played by Kim Ravers.

Erica is first seen when Larry goes to pick up Nick for hockey. She is shown to have a broken, but okay relationship with Larry. She is now married to a businessman named Don, and wants Larry to find a job in order for custody of Nick.
