Ryūsa (リュウサ) is a senior from Sunagakure. He has served his village for many years.
Appearance
Ryūsa has dark eyes, fairly thick eyebrows, and a strong jawline. He wears the standard attire of the Sunagakure Seniors.
Personality
His speech and conduct are very prudent, allowing him to act with calm judgement. His actions are always based on his deliberate judgement.[1]
Abilities
As a member of the advisory council, he is most likely one of Sunagakure's wisest shinobi.
Part II
Kazekage Rescue Mission
He is first seen alongside the other council members during Gaara's abduction having a conversation on their plan of action. He was also against the idea about elect a new Kazekage.
Five Kage Summit
In the anime, he is seen once again alongside the other Suna-nin seeing Gaara off to the Kage Summit. He tells Temari and Kankurō that they are counting on them to protect Gaara during his time away from the village.
