Schwalbefliegen (シュワルベフリーゲン Shuwarube Furīgen) is a guided shooting spell cast by Vita, by generating solid ironic spheres as projectiles and striking them with Graf Eisen's Hammerform.

It is normally fired in four bolts, or multiples of four. The bullets home in on their target and explode. Each individual sphere is strong enough to destroy a Gadget Drone, as shown in StrikerS manga.

Name

"Schwalbefliegen" is (gramatically incorrect) German for "Swallow Flight" (Swallow + to Fly), and the kanas for its proper pronunciation should be シュヴァルベフリーゲン (Shuvarube Furīgen).

In The MOVIE 2nd A's, it is cast under the grammatically correct name "Schwalbenflug", even though the "Claymore" variation still uses "Schwalbefliegen".

Variations

• Schwalbefliegen Claymore (シュワルベフリーゲン・クレイモア Shuwarube Furīgen Kureimoa) is a variation cast on Lindy Harlaown in The MOVIE 2nd A's, using a middle-sized projectile which can cause explosion of wider area.^[2] It is probably a reference to Alt Eisen's attack Heavy Claymore in Super Robot Wars.
• Kometfliegen is an enhanced variation of the spell, using a large-sized projectile.
