Tommy Chong (b. 1938) is an actor and comedian known for the "Cheech and Chong" comedy albums and movies in the 1970s.
He makes a cameo appearance with Cheech Marin in The Muppets Mayhem episode "The Times They Are A-Changin'."
His other work includes playing a recurring role as Leo on That '70s Show, National Lampoon's Senior Trip (with Matt Frewer and Tara Strong), FernGully: The Last Rainforest (with Robin Williams and Tim Curry), McHale's Navy (with Debra Messing and David Alan Grier), Half Baked (with Dave Chappelle), and Zootopia.
