Tokka is one of the villains in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. Formerly an alligator snapping turtle, Tokka, along with his partner Rahzar, was mutated by Professor Perry, under coercion from The Shredder. Neither Tokka nor Rahzar are especially bright or articulate.
