Rocky is a monster who appears in "Monsters With Dirty Faces" as seen in "Monsterpiece Theater."
Grover plays a police officer who's assigned to get Rocky to clean his face. However, Rocky is a tough character whose demeanor intimidates Grover. Still, Grover continues with his task, and finds that Rocky is actually open to the idea of cleaning his face -- he'd just never learned how to do it.
Additionally, Rocky appeared as the bass singer in the a cappella version of "Do-Op Hop" in Sesame Street Jam: A Musical Celebration.
