QualcommSesame

Qualcomm and Sesame Workshop developed an app using Vuforia augmented reality technology which was announced, but never released.

A prototype including a playset with figurines of Ernie, Bert and Cookie Monster was unveiled at the International Consumer Electronics Show on January 11, 2012, with Grover on stage. When a smart phone or tablet is pointed at the figurines and playset, they become animated on screen.

At CES 2013, they unveiled Big Bird's Words (with an appearance on stage by Big Bird) and Abby's Fairy Rock.
