Paul Roemen worked with Bret McKenzie to contribute lyrics to the songs "Me Party" (The Muppets) and "Interrogation Song" (Muppets Most Wanted).
Roemen worked with McKenzie and Muppets director James Bobin on Flight of the Conchords, as assistant to the producers or writing assistant. In 2011, Roemen was named vice president of development for Bobin's production company, The Honourable Company of Gentlemen Film-Makers.
