"Noise" is a Sesame Street song performed by Oscar the Grouch in Episode 1116.
After hearing Bob and the kids playing on their kazoos nearby, Oscar attempts to show everybody what "real music" is, singing about how it beats any genre. Throughout the song he also describes how he would personally take care of any instrument should he get his hands on them. On the show, the song is punctuated by various sirens, crashes, and other annoying sounds played on Oscar's record player.
Oscar would later perform the song (with some minor lyric changes) live for an episode of Evening at Pops in 2000.
