Mika Kakizaki appeared as one of the Kids on Sesame Street from Season 15 to Season 16. For the former, she appeared in that season's cast photo.
Kakizaki debuted in Episode 1849, where she reassures Mr. Snuffleupagus that he is in fact real. Several of her street scene appearances paired her with Big Bird and/or Snuffy. One of her larger roles came in Episode 2013, where she and Big Bird spend the day pretending with a paper towel tube. Outside of street storylines, Mika was one of the kids for B. B. King's performance of "Count to Ten" (First: Episode 1961) and appeared in the special Don't Eat the Pictures.
Her father, actor/fashion model Seiji Kakizaki, appeared as an extra, playing a Library patron in Episode 1869 and a voter in Episode 1957. He later appeared as a Japanese executive in Old Dogs (using Jim Henson Company-recycled puppet suits).
