Melsoon is a parrot who appears on Iftah Ya Simsim, the Kuwaiti co-production of Sesame Street.

On the original series, he was a yellow-green parrot named Malsun. For the 2015 reboot, he was redesigned with a new blue color scheme. Lara MacLean built the puppet for the revival, with an eyebrow mechanism devised by Tom Newby.^[1] In 2025, the character began making new appearances on Ahlan Simsim.
