He appears as Terri Springer's running partner, as the two prepare to run in the annual Dog City Marathon, inviting the physically unfit Eliot Shag to join them. Labrio speaks in a vaguely Eastern-European accent.
He is a spoof of Italian-American model Fabio Lanzoni (known commonly by only his first name). The puppet is repurposed from Lyle.
