COLD OPEN What's the Word on the Street?: Coach
SCENE Elmo rides his trike down the street, when he spots Chris and his bike, which has a shiny new horn on it.

SCENE cont'd Elmo wishes to have a new bike horn too, when suddenly, game show music and lights appear. An announcer introduces America's favorite game show - Calm Down and Think, with your host, Guy Smiley! Today's contestant happens to be...Elmo, and the grand prize is a new bike horn! All Elmo has to do is calm down and think while answering three questions to win. He also has 60 seconds to find someone to coach him in calming down. Elmo spots the Two-Headed Monster and Cookie Monster, neither of whom are very calm. He then spots Alan doing yoga and picks him to coach him. Alan isn't sure, but goes for it anyway.
SCENE cont'd In the first question, it literally rains cats and dogs, but which animal are there more of? Elmo's too excited to guess, so Alan has him calm down by hugging himself. Now calmer, Elmo counts the animals and finds there's more cats than dogs, earning him one right answer!
SCENE cont'd Next, twins Mike and Ike appear, both having similar-looking letter sweaters; Elmo must discern which letter is which. Alan has Elmo calm down by breathing and using his "focus binoculars" to see which letter is which. Elmo gets the answer right once more.

SCENE cont'd Before the final round, Alan gets a call from Chris about an issue back at Hooper's Store and must leave Elmo alone. In the final round, Elmo must figure out the next animal in the cat-dog pattern. Elmo doesn't think he can calm down without a coach, until he remembers the calming strategies Alan taught him and applies them once more. Elmo is able to calm himself down and figures out the pattern. Elmo wins the bike horn! Alan is proud of Elmo, but gets so startled by Guy's announcements, Elmo starts helping Alan calm down.

Muppets / Animation Abby's Flying Fairy School
The students are in the middle of music class, but the music they make isn't too great. Abby requests they just use magic to play their instruments, but Mrs. Sparklenose says practice is the right path. A flying boombox swoops in the window and they press "play," releasing Morty the Musical Muse (who speaks in rhyme). Before he can leave, they must pass his three challenges. With a wave of his baton, Abby's trombone flies out of control. In order to get down, she must change the pitch; by playing high notes, she goes higher, and by playing low notes, she makes it back to the ground. Next, Gonnigan's maracas shake violently, quaking the entire school. To stop them, he needs to change the tempo. He discovers that means fast and slow and is able to stop the shaking by moving them slowly. Finally, Blögg's drum starts bouncing on top of him and he must change the dynamics of the music (how loud and soft). Blögg grabs the drum and plays it softly, sedating it. The students have learned many new things about music and Morty takes his leave. The kids decide to apply their knowledge and make music instead of having snack time.
