SCENE 1 Telly is excited to read a mysterious note he found in his mailbox. He gets a reluctant Oscar to read it for him: "Dr Tle Pk Pla Bb Ur Fnd Bb." Oscar kind of likes the sound of it, but neither he nor Telly can understand what it means.

Using context clues (and with the text appearing on-screen), together they're able to decode the letter into reading the following: "Dear Telly Park Play Bb Your Friend Bb." Telly still isn't sure who or what "Bb" is, though.

Telly notes that this leaves him out since his initials are T and M, so Big Bird and Baby Bear discuss other options.
