SCENE 1 | "Elmo the Magnificent" approaches Luis at the Fix-It Shop, announcing that he's about to make something appear in a hat that begins with the letter D - a dog. Elmo waves his magic wand (a pencil) and says the magic words, but nothing appears in his fancy top hat. He then says some alternate magic words ("Here, doggy doggy doggy!") and Barkley rushes over, wearing a sombrero. Elmo reiterates that he just made a dog appear in a hat; a chuckling Luis welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street. |
