SCENE 1 | Oscar and Grundgetta are about to pretend they're flying on Grouch Airlines in the yard, using crates and cardboard as their airplane and "out of control tower." Elmo wants to play with them, and the Grouches struggle to come up with a good excuse for not letting him. Elmo conjures up his imaginary luggage, plane ticket, and every other supply he would need on the plane when Oscar says the flight is only for Grouches; Elmo just decides to make-believe he didn't hear that and boards the plane. |

Elmo tries to put it in the pretend overhead compartment, but that's where the elephants are kept. It can't be put under his seat either, as there are pigs there. Elmo solves the issue by moving the elephant under his seat so there's space for his suitcase. With that settled, everyone takes off by making engine noises. |
