Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 While cleaning his nest, Big Bird tells the viewer that everyone has gone downtown except for him and Susan, who is busy watching a football game. He also states that Barkley is around, but can't find him. He briefly thinks he also hopped a bus downtown before realizing dogs don't have money. He starts wandering around looking for Barkley, unaware the dog is closer than he thinks.

SCENE 2 Big Bird hasn't found Barkley yet, but sees a police officer, Officer George Patinkin (Mandy Patinkin), on the block. He describes Barkley to the officer, who drops the case when he realizes the missing individual is a dog, not a person. Big Bird convinces him to help and leads him to his nest where he last saw Barkley. The dog follows them, unnoticed, and gets shut out when they close the door.
Film Kid voiceovers identify a horse's body parts (shown one at a time), then the complete animal.

He resolves to stay and help Big Bird anyhow, and two go inside 123 Sesame Street to check with Susan. Barkley, behind the banister the whole time, now goes off following another kid.

We're gonna have Sunday in the Park with Ossifer George!" He and Barkley start playing as Officer George announces the sponsors. A special credit crawl follows, using footage from the song "Jogging." So ends the 16th season of Sesame Street.
