Instead, Big Bird imagines them subtracting themselves in outlandish ways (Maria leaving to swim across the Atlantic Ocean and Gordon catching the 3 o'clock rocket to Mars; Bob remains put.). When Big Bird snaps back to reality, he notices Maria and Gordon have gone and assumes his fantasy is what really happened, much to the confusion of Bob. |
