SCENE 2 | At the Fix-it Shop, Luis meets Rafael, a new kid on the block who only speaks Spanish. Rafael tells Luis that he's sad because he just moved and doesn’t know anyone yet. Luis remembers when he moved to Sesame Street; in a flashback, Mr. Hooper invites him into Hooper's Store for a rest. On that day, Mr. Hooper gives Luis a hot chocolate on the house, and Luis proves to be a big help translating a Spanish-speaking customer’s phone order. Back in the present, Mr. Hooper asks for Luis’s assistance again in getting Mrs. Santiago's order; Luis helps out as Rafael is introduced to Mr. Hooper. |
