He re-emerges with the gloves, and without looking, she puts them on while thanking him. When she realizes they're all filled with holes, Oscar explains they're good for getting someone grouchy with cold, wet hands. Maria changes her tune and says it won't matter for making one snowball to throw at Oscar. She keeps pelting him with snow, while Oscar complains.
