Debbie is a character who first appeared in The Muppets episode "Bear Left Then Bear Write". After connecting with Gonzo online, the two meet up for a date at Rowlf's Tavern, however Liam Hemsworth stands in for Gonzo.

The Debbie puppet was later used at the Vulture Festival in May 2016 for a brief audience participation puppetry workshop in which several characters lipsynched to Chumbawamba's "Tubthumping."

The puppet is a caricature of Debbie McClellan.^[1]
