Cowboy O is the friendly rival of Cowboy X. He appears in Episode 2779 of Sesame Street.
Like Cowboy X, Cowboy O loves making letter O marks with his trusty brand. While having a chocolate milk one day at Miss Matty's Milk Bar, he gets into an argument when the only piece of paper left is given to Cowboy X. Miss Matty resolves the problem by teaching the cowpokes how to play tic-tac-toe. Not only do they thoroughly enjoy the game, it also helps keep the bar (and Sesame Street) free from the cowboys' branding.
