Boo Monster was one of the three Muppet Monster kids in Little Muppet Monsters. He put on TV shows from the basement of the Muppet house with his sister Molly and brother Tug.

David Rudman performed the character at Jim Henson's Memorial.

The puppet also appeared in the 1992 Muppet Meeting Film "Think Bigger," where he was called Flunky and performed by Steve Whitmire.
