The Xavier Mansion, or X-Mansion for short is the location in New York City in the game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance series is where Professor X and all mutants who are part X-Men and its expanded separate teams live, including those who were formerly part of mutant super villain teams Brotherhood of Mutants and Hellfire Club.

- The main location is the main base in the first X-Men Legends, the first two Marvel Action-RPG game representing X-Men story made by Activision and Ravensoft prior to Marvel: Ultimate Alliance series.
- Much like X-Men Legends II: Rise of the Apocalypse, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 3 has X-Mansion as one of the Act-based bases.
