Sinister Six is a supervillain team introduced in the game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 3, they are the main antagonist of a main story’s episode located in a Breakout at Raft.

Trivia
- Complete Sinister Six team were originally going to appear in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, consisting Scorpion, Rhino, Shocker, Lizard, Electro, and Hobgoblin. However, Electro and Hobgoblin are left from the final release, leaving only two traces before physically appearing in later games:
- Electro only appear in form of concept art. Becoming re-occurring boss in later games. Originally planned to be playable as well, as evident in n-space versions (except Nintendo DS version).
- Hobgoblin's animation number code shares a same number as Professor X, Number 39. Currently debut as an alternate costume for Green Goblin in VVisions versions of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2.
- Venom (Eddie Brock, Mag Gargan) and Green Goblin are the only playable members in the series, unless Hobgoblin alternate costume counts.
